Ian Tomalin
Physicist
Ian is a staff particle physicist working on the CMS experiment at LHC. Currently, he is developing ultra-high speed track reconstruction for use in the L1 trigger of CMS at HL-LHC. Before this, Ian kicked-off within CMS, the fascinating research domain of searching for exotic long-lived particles. Before joining RAL, Ian worked for CERN, researching b quark production and decay at the ALEPH experiment at LEP.
