UK High Energy Physics Forum
The UK HEP Forum is an annual two-day meeting that brings together particle physics experimentalists and theorists to discuss a major current topic in high energy physics. Hosted at The Cosener’s House in Abingdon for over 35 years, the event is jointly sponsored by the Institute for Particle Physics Phenomenology (IPPP) and the Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC).
A brief history of the Cosener's House
The Cosener’s House has been a conference venue since the UK government took it on in 1948 and has been used since to support activities in Harwell and later the Rutherford Laboratory.
