Title: "The Ada Lovelace Centre at Harwell – Big Scientific Data and Data Science”

Abstract: There is broad recognition within the scientific community that the ongoing deluge of scientific data is fundamentally 
transforming academic research. “The Fourth Paradigm” refers to the new ‘data intensive science’ and the tools and technologies 
needed to manipulate, analyze, visualize, and manage large amounts of research data. This talk will introduce the vision for 
the proposed Ada Lovelace Centre at the Harwell site and explain how the experimental particle physics community can play a 
role in its development.
