Wednesday 17 October 2012 Speaker: Professor Leszek Roszkowski (National Centre for Nuclear Research (Warsaw, Poland) and Sheffield University) Title: "Contrained Supersymmetry - Dead or Alive?" Abstract: "Supersymmetric models have been severely constrained by recent results from the LHC, most notably by direct supersymmetry searches, flavour physics and by the discovery of a Higgs-like particle with mass close to 125 GeV. In this talk I will present a global Bayesian analysis of constrained supersymmetry in light of current data. I will discuss ensuing prospects for supersymmetry searches at the LHC, in dark matter experiments and elsewhere".
