Abstract: "The highlights of the Phenomenology-2012 Conference (May 7-9) Pittsburgh, 
are presented.

The first part of my talk will be an overview of the recent results from LHCb. 
The results presented at the conference from LHC/Tevatron and neutrino 
experiments will also be summarized".
