Title: "CMS - Today, Tomorrow and the next Decade"

Abstract: As the LHC programme enters what promises to be a seminal year, 
I take a look back on how we got here, and give an experimentalist's view
of the main challenges so far. I'll present recent results on Standard Model
and BSM physics from CMS, and describe how the detector and experimental
programme are likely to evolve over the next ten years."
