Title:   "The LHCb Experiment at LHC: First Results and Prospects" 

Abstract:

I will present results from the LHCb experiment from both rare B decays and CP
violation measurements. The presentation will focus on the measurements from decays
such as B->mumu, which probes any extended Higgs sector, and Bs->J/Psi Phi,
which looks for new phases in Bs-mixing, using the data taken in 2010. The
prospects in these and in other channels from the 2011 data will also be discussed.
