Title: That Olde Boson

Abstract:

The Standard Model Higgs is the poster child through which the case for
constructing the LHC was made. Bill Murray will present a personal and
biased view of the Standard Model Higgs; taking in a reminder of the theory,
some historical search remarks and the electroweak fits. He will discuss the
latest exciting Tevatron results and the expectations for the LHC in the
years to come.
