Title: Diamond Light Source -- Challenges of a 3rd Generation Synchrotron

Abstract: This seminar will describe the concept and realization of a very bright synchrotron x-ray source; from
the civil engineering to the detector technology.  There will also be an overview of the general layouts and uses
of our phase 1 beamlines.
