Title: Notes on Quantum Computing

Abstract: An introduction to the field of Quantum Computing, with reference to the Jerusalem winter school 2007. After a quick review of the basic algorithms currently known, I will discuss some of the technological challenges and proposed solutions for quantum computing implementation. Possible relevance to particle physics applications will also be discussed.
